Jackie Fleck joined Rainbow Energy Center in June 2022 as Director of Business Development. With more than a decade of experience spanning human resources, supply chain management, project management, and business analytics, she plays a key role in advancing the organization’s strategic growth initiatives. Her responsibilities include researching and evaluating new projects, leading business negotiations, and identifying opportunities that support the long-term success of Rainbow Energy Center.

In addition to her business development responsibilities, Jackie oversees the Human Resources, Safety, Training, and Administrative departments. Her diverse background allows her to effectively support both the strategic and operational needs of the organization while fostering collaboration across departments. By aligning people, processes, and business objectives, she helps drive efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement throughout REC.

Prior to joining Rainbow Energy Center, Jackie spent the majority of her career with a local not-for-profit generation and transmission cooperative. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from North Dakota State University.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Jackie is passionate about serving her family and community. She currently serves as President of the 12 Man Club, a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a faith-centered community where young athletes can grow in both character and skill. 

When she is not working, Jackie enjoys running, supporting her children’s activities and sporting events, and volunteering her time to create opportunities that positively impact youth and families throughout the region.
