Jackie Fleck joined the Rainbow Energy Center team in June of 2022 as the Director of Business Development. With over ten years of experience in Human Resources, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, and Business Analytics, Jackie’s new role includes research and technical evaluation of new projects and business negotiations.

Her work pushes REC forward as she bridges the gap among departments with improved technical efficiency and productivity. Jackie is able to see the bigger picture, as well as put effective strategies into action. 

Prior to joining the REC team, Jackie spent a majority of her career working at a local not-for-profit generation and transmission cooperative in various roles. Jackie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from North Dakota State University.

In her spare time, Jackie enjoys running; whether that is running for fun, chasing after her kids, or to and from their busy sporting events.
