We strive to provide a safe working environment for every employee, and in return we ask every employee to commit to working safely, so that every employee goes home safe at the end of the work day;

We address this by adhering to proper water regulatory management in accordance with all applicable United States laws and regulations.

All REC employees are required to report without delay through reporting channels any conduct engaged in by themselves or by other REC employees in their course of employment which they believe to be a violation of the above policies. The identity of any REC personnel making such a report is kept in strict confidence except as required by law. These procedures are designed to maintain confidentiality. Nevertheless, if an employee is aware of a violation but does not feel comfortable identifying themselves, the report may be made on an anonymous basis. Retaliation in any form against any individual who exercises his or her right to make a complaint in good faith is strictly prohibited.

I am a Fuel Systems Operator for Rainbow Energy Center, working at Coal Creek Station and loving every minute of it!

Every day I look forward to showing up and working with an amazing group of people willing to help each other out in any way possible to make the day go by smoothly.

It is a fun, self-motivated workplace that is ever-evolving.  Pushing new ideas and opportunities each and every day.  From equipment and safety training to first aid and rope rescue, the opportunities for personal and professional growth are endless. Thanks to Rainbow Energy Center and their innovative ideas for Coal Creek Station to continue to grow, I will have many more life-changing endeavors for years to come.
