Rainbow Energy Center, LLC (REC) is the proud owner of North Dakota’s most efficient power plant, Coal Creek Station, employing approximately 200 people in our community. REC acquired the power plant on May 1, 2022, at that same time Nexus Line, LLC purchased the HVDC line.
Our goal is to improve the lives of those who live within our communities by leading with integrity, strength, and accountability. We strive to keep safety and environmental consciousness at the top of our priorities. The mission is to keep our environment sustainable for a brighter future.
